1)What counrtries did they come from?
Most were from ireland. Most were also from the northern or western Europe.
2)Why did they come to America?
They came to establish traditions, build communities. Also cause they wanted a better life for them and there is land.
3)Were they welcome here?EXPLAIN.
They weren't welcome because immigrants from other countries made it to America too. But, they had a big dispute about who got their first and at the the some were racial immigrants.
4)What did they do when they arrived?Where did they live?Jobs?Housing?
They went out to look for jobs. They would live in basements. Most had jobs and most women did housing.
