I think that docters should not assist patients into ending their own lives. Its shows great emphasis  to the patients being asked if they want to end their own life. The patients themsleves should have the consent to not end their own lives. The criteria to this is so that it should be illegal to use euthanasia because this does not seem normal to the society to actually pass this.

B)Is there a chance that physician-assisted suicide could go too far?

The reason is because they might mot want to go through the pain. Yes it actually could because the ill person might end up getting better out of no where with the right medication. Physicians should not assist the ill to end their own life it should be the ill persons choice to do what they want to do.

Jewish Resistance

In this article the Jewish Resitance, it talksn about what happened when the Nazi Germans started to deport all jewish people throught out Euorpe. The Nazis sponsered persecution and they also commited mass murder by killing millions of Jews at places called "Killing Centers." The Jewish civililans offered armed resistance in over 100 ghettos. In Apri-May 1943, rumors spread that the Germans were gonna go out through the ghetto and deport the rest of the Jews.
It was surpirsing because the Nazis thought that the Jews would be easy to capture and deport. But, the jews fought back when the Nazis tried to invade their places. They threw many molotov cocktails, hand grenades, and a handul of small weapons. It was very hard for the Germans to take control of all the Jews. It took about a whole month for the vastly superior German to completly pacify all of the remaining Germans throught out the ghettos.
During the same year, ghetto inhabitants chose to rise agains te Germans in Vilna. Many ghetto fighters took up arms in in the knowledge that the majority of ghetto inhabitants had already been deported to the killing center face death. Also in knowledge that the Jews resistance even now could not save from destruction the remaining Jews who could not fight. But the Jews fought for he sake of Jewish honor and to avenge those Jews who have passed away. Thousands of young Jews resisted escaping from the ghettos into forests that were probably the best place to hide in.
Soon the Jewish prisoners rose against their guards at three killing centers. At Treblinka in August 1943 and in Sobibor in October 1943. Prisoners armed with stolen weapons from the killing centers attacked the SS staff and the Trawniki-trained auxiliary guards. Several dozens prisoners eluded their purserers and survived the war. However in October 1944, at the Auschwitz-Birkenau, members of the Jewish Special Detatchment mutinied against the SS guards.
